Silent discos are anything but a novelty and Reading and Leeds Festival. But this year, the event duo will surpass expectations with what organizers billed as “the world’s biggest silent disco.”

Not just content with one venue, the silent event will span two locations simultaneously – the Main Stage West in Leeds’ Bramham Park and Richfield Avenue at sister festival Reading.

The silent disco will reportedly draw in a crowd of over 60,000 attendees across both venues.

Driving the rhythm of this monumental finale will be the BRIT Awards-nominated electronic duo, Sigma. Renowned for bridging the gap between dance and pop, Sigma boasts a gold-certified debut album and 2.7 billion global streams.

The duo’s Sunday night set will conclude a three-day sonic odyssey that commences on August 25th. Over 100 acts will share the stage, with blue-blooded artists like Billie Eilish, The Killers, and Lewis Capaldi.

This year’s Leeds Festival and its Reading counterpart continue the tradition of showcasing a diverse array of talent that reflects the eclectic tastes of today’s music aficionados.

Silent discos have become a beloved fixture of the Leeds Festival in the past decade, sparking such a fervor that fans launched a viral petition in 2016 when Festival Republic canceled the event.
