The nightclub opened in 2017, finding its home in Schepenbuurt bedrijvengebied Cartesiusweg, north Utrecht. The spacious nightclub nails the underground vibes with its dark ambiance, mirrors, exposed ceilings, and tiled walls.
WAS. is a music lab where you might come across your new favorite artist or subgenre. Not one for the safe zone; the club plays electro-funk, Balearic beats, jazz-funk, house, soul, breakbeat, and much more.
With a soft spot for electronic music, WAS. takes part in the annual electronic music festival The Crave, held in The Hague.
Utrecht’s underground gem attracts a wild local crowd; its young patrons make their own rules when dressing up.
