Quirky, historical, and unforgettable is how we’d describe Nudie Honky Tonk.

The nightclub came to life in 1947; its owner, Bill Miller, a music enthusiast through and through, also owns the Johnny Cash Museum.

Nudie Honky Tonk is lodged in a century-old building in Downtown Nashville. What started as ‘Lawrence Record Store’ became the longest-running bar in Music City.

The nightclub is named after Nudie Cohn, the Edna Mode for classic country stars like Dolly Parton. Suits and jackets designed by the iconic Nudie are showcased around the club, and Nudie’s customized Cadillac Eldorado is parked up against the club’s walls.

The nightclub is made up of three floors and a rooftop, and it has two cowboy statues that salute you at the entrance.

As you step through the Nashville club’s door, you’ll be greeted by a lot of country music. However, there’s room to play all kinds of music. Hip-hop, EDM, and rock get their time of day as well.

Since Nudie’s Honky Tonk is part and parcel of Nashville’s international nightlife, it welcomes everyone from tourists to local country fans. The club crowds’ sense of fashion is what they all have in common.

Nudie’s Honky Tonk is unlike any other, thanks to its influential past and strong presence in Nashville nightlife.
