When it launched in 2006, the vibrant club found its forever home in central Washington. Also called Penn Quarter, the area surrounding Ultrabar is the city’s go-to nightlife destination thanks to its live music venues, sports bars, and shopping streets.
Ultrabar Washington took over a tall, white building with brick detailing and Greek columns that once used to be a bank.
If you are into larger-than-life clubbing spots, Ultrabar is your soulmate. Spanning five levels and six bars, the club gives patrons enough space for their nighttime shenanigans. The main floor, where most of the action takes place, features a generous dancing space and modern-meets-classic elements like lighting accents, shiny disco balls, and hi-tech visual projections.
The other levels include the basement, a lounge area, a mezzanine overlooking the dance floor with VIP tables, and a room dedicated to Spanish parties.
