Inspired by the underwater base near the club, The Base was established in 2018 by Ozgur Hezer, co-owner of multiple nightlife establishments. An entertainment complex with an all-inclusive approach to nightlife, the club features many terraces.
The Base’s home resides in the city’s north in Bacalan, a neighborhood with many alternative nightlife spots, and used to serve as a motorcycle garage.
This industrial edge is complemented with chic, Mediterranean-inspired decor.
A vibrant clubbing destination, The Base is spacious, with three bars, a catwalk-like stage, and a large indoor dance floor. LED lights are also part of the package, illuminating the interior and its minimal decor.
From the moment you set foot in, your ears will witness the finest mixture of electronic and hip-hop sounds, with commercial hits playing on some events. Open-format DJs take over the audio decks to hype up the crowds every weekend.
