Secret Boat Rave to Take Over London’s Hackney Wick

An unwritten rule goes like this: a weekend without a secret rave is a missed chance. This might have been The Wire’s motto when organizing this weekend’s hush-hush London boat rave. 

Taking over an intimate boat in Hackney Wick, east London, the beat-fueled event is all about techno and minimal sounds. Artists like Nas, Desuba, and RINO will dictate Friday’s anthem, and two B2Bs are also part of the music schedule. 

With an after-hours appeal attached to it (the party starts at 11 PM and winds down at 11 AM the next day), the London boat rave is not for anybody. Party-goers who want to rave on a boat this weekend must sign up for the event’s private group chat to receive constant updates. 

The location will be released privately through the group chats a few hours before the event begins.
