Industrial and chic, De School is the party animal that believes clubbing sessions should last for three days.
Launched in 2016, the club opened in Amsterdam-West, near the lush and iconic Rembrandtpark. The area surrounding De School is scattered with canals, red brick buildings, and trendy brewpubs, fully encapsulating the city’s cultural ethos.
Striking a balance between intimate and large, De School can hold up to 700 clubbers. It spans multiple rooms, including an outside terrace, a ‘60s gym-style exhibition space, and a dark and smoky basement where the real action takes place.
De School is dedicated to the electronic movement and hosts some of Sin City’s most coveted raves. With nothing but bullet-hard techno beats at their core, parties at De School can last for days.
The crowds are vibrant and unique, mostly consisting of the techno-loving community – but that doesn’t mean international electro heads are out of the picture.
With its dingy allure, Bauhaus-style accents, and commitment to hosting the best raves in Amsterdam, it’s not hard to see why De School is such a lusted-after club.
