Crocker Club is a swanky nightclub housed in the original 1920s’ bank.
Back in 2009, co-owners Vincent Terzian and Thomas Turner opened Crocker Club in the Historic Core district of downtown Los Angeles, known for its large concentration of movie palaces and as the city’s historic financial district. It is housed in the Spring Arts Tower basement, formerly known as the Crocker Citizens National Bank Building, a historic building built in 1914.
The original bank vault is still intact, with the multi-ton steel door kept open so guests can enjoy cocktails inside the room aptly named ‘the Vault.’ While many elements are kept in the original style, for example, the main bar is the bank’s teller counter, Crocker Club has installed new state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment.
DJs spin an eclectic mix of hip-hop, reggaeton, Latin, mainstream pop, Afrobeats, and dancehall throughout the two main dance rooms.
Grooving to the assorted selection of music is an equally diverse population of clubbers at Crocker Club. Not just a haunt for the locals, this nightlife hotspot should be high up on your list if you’re from outside the city.
From its quirky interiors to its buzzing DJ sets, Crocker Club is the perfect place to show off your moves on the dance floor.
