CC Slaughters deems itself as Portland’s premier LGBT+ nightclub.
Located in the Old Town Chinatown neighborhood, west of Portland, CC Slaughters was established in 1981, which makes it one of the oldest clubs in the city. It has another branch in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The club was temporarily closed during the pandemic, leaving its fans heartbroken.
The LGBT+ club features an accommodating dance floor, a modern interior complete with disco balls and colorful lighting, and an adjacent room called the ‘Rainbow Lounge.’
CC Slaughter is renowned for hosting different events, ladies’ nights, and drag shows, hosting the likes of queen Bolivia Carmichaels. The club welcomes DJs spinning various genres, including commercial and electronic music. Loved by the LGBT+ community, CC Slaughters has a diverse and welcoming crowd.
