With decades of party-planning experience under its belt, After Work Club is one of Hamburg’s oldest nightlife spots.
When it launched in 1999, the party hub found its forever home north of the city’s center. Located in a cafe that offers outdoor dining, After Work Club can be found in Planten un Blomen, an urban park with idyllic ponds, themed gardens, and vast lawns.
Cute and cozy, the Hamburg club creates the living room party experience. Rows of small disco balls safeguard the intimate-meets-large dance floor, while circular lampshades bring a warm and cozy ambiance.
Subtle LED lights add a dash of vibrancy to the high-spirited atmosphere, while glass windows give clubbers beautiful park views. An open-air terrace serves as After Work club’s only seating spot for patrons wanting fresh air.
The Hamburg club knows that every party-goer is different – and taps into that. Every weekend, the city’s best DJs take over After Work’s audio decks to deliver a foot-tapping mix of hip-hop, pop, house, and club anthems.
The crowd has a very diverse age range, but the majority is on the older side of the spectrum. The general background of the club-goers is local and ready to party.
